These terms govern every account opened with BetMica. They sit alongside our bonus terms, privacy policy and responsible gaming page, and together they form the agreement between us and you.
You must be at least 18 years old to register, deposit or play at BetMica. We do not open accounts for anyone under this age, regardless of local rules that permit a lower threshold. By registering you confirm that you are acting on your own behalf, using your own funds, and that you are not located in a jurisdiction where online casino play is restricted.
One account per person. If we identify duplicate accounts, linked household accounts used to claim the same promotion twice, or details that do not match your verification documents, we reserve the right to suspend the account while we investigate. Winnings from accounts that breach this rule may be voided.
Before your first withdrawal, we will ask you to confirm your identity. This usually means a photo ID, proof of address dated within the last three months, and, where a card was used to deposit, a partial image of that card showing the first six and last four digits only. For cryptocurrency deposits we may ask for confirmation of wallet ownership. This step protects you against account takeover and protects us against fraud, so please complete it promptly to avoid delays.
BetMica runs a welcome package for new players plus free spins on selected slots, alongside ongoing promotions from time to time. The exact amounts, wagering requirements, maximum bet while a bonus is active, and which games contribute to clearing it are all set out on our Bonus and Promotions pages. These figures can change, so the version published at the time you opt in is the one that applies to your account. T&Cs apply to every offer.
Bonus funds and bonus-related winnings may be removed if we find evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: betting patterns designed to lock in a guaranteed return, use of banned strategies on specific tables, or claiming the same offer across multiple accounts.
Withdrawals are paid back to the method you used to deposit wherever possible. Card withdrawals and bank transfers typically take longer to clear than cryptocurrency payouts, which is why many of our players choose Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether (USDT) or Litecoin for faster turnaround. All amounts are processed in GBP for UK-based accounts unless you have opted into a supported cryptocurrency balance.
| Method | Typical processing time |
|---|---|
| Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, USDT | Within hours once reviewed |
| Visa / Mastercard | A few business days |
| Bank Transfer | Several business days |
We may pause a withdrawal to ask for documentation at any point, not only before the first payout. This is standard practice across regulated and non-regulated operators alike and is designed to prevent money laundering and protect players from unauthorised account access.
Games supplied by providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Play'n GO, Microgaming, Red Tiger Gaming and Spinomenal run on each provider's own certified game engine. Return-to-player figures and game rules are set by the provider and displayed in the in-game information screen. If a game disconnects mid-round due to a technical fault, any wager placed is typically honoured or refunded according to the provider's own fault-recovery policy.
You can close your account at any time by contacting support. If you feel your play is becoming difficult to control, our Responsible Gaming page explains the limits and self-exclusion tools available on your account, and signposts independent support through GamCare (0808 8020 133, https://www.gamcare.org.uk/) and BeGambleAware (https://www.begambleaware.org/). We may also suspend or close an account where we reasonably suspect fraud, collusion, underage play, or a breach of these terms.
The registered company name behind BetMica, along with current licensing details, is published in the site footer. Please check there to confirm the operating entity and licence status before you play, as this information is kept current on that page rather than restated here.
